Memorials sent to the Spady family at the time of Samantha’s death provided the seed money for the Foundation. If you wish to contribute to the SAM Spady Foundation, your donation will help us create and fund Student Alcohol Management programs across the country. All donations are tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Future contributions to the SAM Spady Foundation will fund the program search, development and implementation grants.

SAM Spady Foundation is an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
